No returns will be accepted without a receipt or invoice. Mackey Fine Art must be notified within 30 days from the delivery date. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

What happens if my order if it is lost or damaged in shipment?
We primarily use FedEx for shipping and automatically include their shipping insurance with all purchases. This means that you are protected if your item is lost or damaged during shipping.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping varies depending on the size of the item and your location. Shipping is calculated at checkout. The shipping price includes packaging the artwork, shipping, and insurance. Shipping prices are in U.S dollars.
Will I have to pay any duties or taxes?
The shipping price does not include any customs, duties, tarriffs, taxes, and/or Value Added Tax (VAT). These vary depending on your country or region and Mackey Fine Art cannot offer any specific advice on customs fees that you may incur. For more information, please contact your local government import office.
If I place an order today, when will it arrive?
Orders are normally processed and shipped within two weeks. You will receive an email notifying you when your product has shipped along with a FedEx Tracking Number. Orders within the U.S. and Canada generally arrive within 2-3 weeks of the order, and international orders arrive within 3-5 weeks. Our products generally ship with FedEx Ground. What happens if no one is available to sign for my delivery?
All shipments require a signature. If no one is available when delivery is attempted, there will be two more attempts made on consecutive business days. After the first attempt is made, you can contact FedEx to make alternate shipping arrangements. If delivery fails on 3 attempts the package will be held at their station for 2 businesses day, and then returned to us. At this point we must recharge shipping in order for the item to be re-sent.
Do you ship to business addresses?
Yes we do. It is recommended to ship to your business address if you will not be home to sign for a delivery.
Do you ship outside of Canada and The United States?
Yes, we can ship to over 100 countries across the world.
What is a Giclée?
Giclée is a type of high quality art reproduction. It results in vivid colors that can be printed right on to a canvas. Mackey’s original paintings are scanned with a specialize large format scanner in high resolution. The images are then color corrected, and printed onto a canvas with a special archival pigment.
Does the price include a frame?
The price of the limited edition does not include a frame. Although many of our canvas prints come in standard sizes that would fit in many commercially available picture frames. Many collectors of Mackey’s work also like to have their image custom framed. What are limited editions printed on?
Limited editions use the Giclée printed process. This means that vivid and archival inks are printed directly onto a canvas. The canvas is then gallery wrapped on 3/4″ wooden stretcher bars. The visible sides of the canvas are colored to compliment the image.

If I order a print for someone as a gift, will an invoice be included, and am I able to include a gift message?
If you would like to arrange for a shipment to be sent as a gift please send us an email at email@example.com or call 780-951-0437. Shipments going outside of Canada require a commercial invoice for customs, so the value of the item must be disclosed. We can arrange to have a message from you included in the shipment of have the artist sign a message on the back of the canvas.
